Scope of works included the following:

• Stakeholder Management of all areas of works, including communication to businesses and residents.
• Implementation of Environmental Management Plans and ongoing administration ensuring compliance within Culturally sensitive areas.
• The Mambray Creek site contained Aboriginal Cultural sensitive areas which we implemented areas fenced off to ensure no access to the areas, along with redesigning of the project scope to ensure the new works did not impact the areas of works.
• As the works additionally involved working on the beach strict environmental controls were implemented ensuring the natural Flora and Fora was not impacted, along with ground water issues managed in accordance with the Environmental Plan.
• Implementation of traffic management ensuring residents were not impacted by the works, along with maintaining fire access tracks for emergency services were maintained during the construction phase.
• Service locating and notification to Utility providers such as Epic Energy, Telstra and SAPN, with existing infrastructure such as large truck main gas pipelines and pumping stations were not impacted by the works.
• The Required construction methodologies were put in place, ensuring existing Services Infrastructure was not impacted by the new works.
• Demolition of existing concrete Control room buildings and underground concrete and pipe structures.
• Asbestos Removal during demolition of redundant infrastructure and installation of new works to be installed, with all removals undertaken by third party licensed Asbestos Removal sub-contractor.
• Pipe excavations and coating inspections.
• Vertical drilling to a depth of 6 metres inclusive of steel sleeve cassions, to account for the ground water then installing the ground enhancement material. A total 17 separate vertical drills at each site on either side of Spencer Gulf.
• Open excavation trenching up to depths of 5.5 Metres to enable modifications to existing Steel water mains.
• SAPN engagement for installation of 1 new 11kV to 400VAC transformer for new power supply to new control room building.
• Footing preparation for new control room building at the Douglas Point site.
• Procurement, fabrication and installation of concrete precast Control Building located at the Douglas Point site.
• Installation of approximately 1.8kms of new underground electrical, communications and PVC water mains required for the project.
• Irrigation and dripper systems required for SA Water, including live tapping of the mains.
• Road and track restoration upon completion of works.
• Landscaping reinstatement and remediation works.
• Cable Hauling & LV Consumer Mains Connections along the alignment.
• Installation of 5 separate main switchboard for the new CP infrastructure, inclusive of commissioning outputs.
• Installation and commissioning of the SCADA network for the project;
• Ongoing survey and final survey for inclusion to As Constructed drawings.
