The works associated with Bridge Road, Payneham works included the following, but not limited to:

• Team Civil engaged as part of a SA Water fast-tracked program requiring works to be completed as soon as possible.
• Advance notice of works provided to nearby properties (SA Water Customers).
• Liaison with Allwater for the shutdown of water mains.
• Notice was given to Allwater 10 working days before construction.
• Liaison with local council, the council’s contractor and residents to conduct the works. Noting that the work was conducted in two stages as the existing contractor was installing services that prevented access to the site.
• Lay 11.75 m of 150mm PVC replacing the existing 150mm VC sewer main.
• Construct a new 100mm sewer connection.
• Abandon an existing 100mm sewer connection.
• Reconnect the internal drain to the new sewer connection.
• Maintained service to the customers during the changeover.
• Hand chlorination of new water main and fittings.
• (Stage 1) 2 No. cut & cap main existing 100 AC water main.
• (Stage 2) Construct DN 100 DICL dogleg.
• Supply of all materials & traffic management.
• Updated supplied CAD drawings to constructed status.
