Team Civil was engaged to conduct the following:

• Development and implementation of a project management plan, SWMS and JSEA’s.
• Service located near the pedestrian footpath where the new stormwater alignment was tied into the existing stormwater system under Morphett Road.
• Installation of groundwater removal system, and water spears, with management of the system daily.
• Inspection of council-supplied concrete pipe and junction boxes.
• Provision of bulk materials for bedding and overlay of the stormwater pipe.
• Management of subcontractors for the works including multiple crane hires, shore box hire and level 1 compaction testing.
• Provision of all Quality documentation associated with the works including the following:
  –  Inspection and test plans.
  –  Notification to client for inspection of trenches and junction boxes.
  –  Materials certificates.
  –  Geotechnical testing.
  –  Submission of as-constructed drawings.
