Hercules Drive, Direk Earthworks - Stages 1 & 2

Team Civil was awarded the two staged project which involved the demolition of existing infrastructure and conducting bulk earthworks on site. The works was self-performed by the dedicated Team Civil work crew which involved the use of all company owned equipment, including the newly delivered Caterpillar 140 Grader.

 

Scope of works performed:

Team Civil was engaged to conduct the following:

  • Development and submission of project management plan and SWMS/JSEAs.
  • Demolition of kerbing, guttering, and grubbing of the existing surface vegetation.
  • Stockpiling of waste material onsite.
  • Organised and transported bulk materials for the construction of pavements (for the warehouse).
  • Construction of swales and stormwater pipe infrastructure.
  • Conduct compaction testing to ensure the sub-base and base course meet specified requirements.
