Team Civil delivered a staged earthworks and civil construction package as sub-contractor to Ahrens, providing bulk and detailed earthworks, pavement preparation, and associated civil infrastructure in accordance with project specifications and program requirements.
Team Civil was engaged to conduct the following:
Deliver Level 1 supervised earthworks in compliance with geotechnical specifications.
Undertake cut and fill operations, including placement of imported clean fill for sub-grade and sub-base construction.
Trim and compact all layers to design levels using GPS machine control integrated with in-house earthworks modelling.
Construct crossovers, kerbing, and carpark pavements to specified tolerances.
Supply survey-verified as-constructed documentation.
Deliver works in multiple programmed stages while coordinating with concurrent subcontractors.
Manage mobilisation and demobilisation phases to align with construction sequencing.
Maintain environmental controls, including dust suppression and site compliance measures.
