  • Construction of a 75kL detention basin to capture and manage stormwater runoff from the depot’s roof and site catchments.
  • Installation of new stormwater infrastructure, including pits, pipelines, swales, spoon drains and culvert crossings, connecting to existing DN150, DN250 and DN300 drainage networks.
  • Southeast catchment upgrades, including removal of the existing 27kL overflow tank, redirection of Tank 5 and 6 overflows, new swales, a 10m overflow weir and riprap scour protection.
  • Northeast catchment upgrades, including 450mm spoon drains, grass-lined swales, check dams and a 600mm x 150mm culvert crossing beneath the access track.
  • Southwest catchment upgrades, including grass-lined swales and a new pit and pipe network connecting to existing DN250 infrastructure and the detention basin.
