The works associated with Aberfoyle Park works included the following, but not limited to:

• Constructed works in new land development.
• Supply and install two water services from the new meters, including the installation of manholes.
• Supply and install NBN conduits within the boundaries.
• Supply and install the SAPN conduits to the stobie pole on the property boundary to the new meter locations.2 conduits.
• Supply and relay the new 50mm rising main from the temporary pump station to the kerb. Including coring into the kerb and installing the pipe.
• Supply and lay a new 100mm stormwater pipe from the new retaining wall to the temporary pump station.
• Conduct compaction testing on the installed water services.
• Conduct hydrostatic testing on the installed systems.
• Engage 3rd party subcontractor to conduct CCTV of the installed services.
