The Bennet Avenue Warehouse project for Woolcock Construction involved full civil works to prepare and deliver a compliant warehouse hardstand and car park, to include construction of subbase, kerbing, asphalt surfacing, garden bed preparation, and installation of line marking and wheel stops.
Team Civil was engaged to conduct the following:
Surveyed and established site layout, ensuring all construction parameters were accurately mapped and adhered to
Managed 0.25m of uncontrolled fill, maintaining structural integrity
Constructed subbase by supplying, placing, compacting and trimming rubble to specification
Conducted compaction testing on the base course to confirm required density and stability
Filled garden beds with 100mm of loam, set 75mm below kerb level
Prepared and installed kerbing to define edges and improve durability
Supplied and laid asphalt for the car park, achieving a smooth, durable surface
Completed crossover construction, including demolition, boxing out and reinstatement
Supplied and installed line marking and wheel stops for safe navigation
