Raw Interfaces- Central & Northern 1 - 8 sites

Team Civil was engaged to reduce water quality risks at 8 sites located in metropolitan/regional areas with sites that had raw interfaces (interface between potable/non-potable water) through installation of new valves and pipes.

 

Scope of works performed:

The works associated with the Raw Water Interfaces works included the following, but not limited to:

  • Development and implementation of a project management plan, SWMS & JSEA’s.
  • Development of design and scope of works for some sites.
  • Submission of sketches/drawings to SA Water for approval prior to construction.
  • Commissioning of pipelines.
  • Services locating (including SA Water services).
  • Working in Railway Corridor.
  • Working in wastewater treatment plants with COVID-19 restrictions.

Provision of all Quality documentation associated with the works including the following:

  • Inspection and Test Plans and checklists.
  • Calibration certificates for torque tools.
  • Submission of as-constructed drawings.
  • Materials certificates.
  • Completed QA documentation supplied in electronic format to SA Water.
