Team Civil was successful in delivering two stormwater remediation package of works offered by City of Playford to address regular flooding at two sites. These works included the installation of culverts, drains and pipes in unsealed roads.
Scope of works performed:
The works associated with the Playford Stormwater Upgrade include the following, but not limited to:
Stakeholder management of all areas of work, including communication to businesses and residents.
Implementation of an Environmental Management Plan and ongoing administration ensuring compliance within culturally sensitive areas.
Implementation of traffic management ensuring residents were not impacted by the works.
Location of services (through Dial Before You Dig) and notification to utility providers such as Telstra and SAPN.
Installation and re-establishment of rural fencing.
Disposal of existing site detritus and trees.
Relocation of survey marker by registered surveyor.
Spoil testing in accordance with SA EPA waste classification.
Completed As-Constructed drawings, materials data report (MDR), construction and verification quality outputs, material certification, etc
Completion of bulk earthworks to allow for the installation of stormwater drainage at Quintrell Road (Project 1), this included:
100m of trenching to allow for the installation of 600×450 RCBC.
